Today, we located the Green Papaya Food Truck in West Sacramento at a music festival. The Green Papaya Food Truck originates from Stockton. Today, we ordered the angel wings, laap beef, and sticky rice. You only get one delicious angel wing per order at $3. The laap beef was good and was served on lettuce leaves at $7. The sticky rice for $1 went well with both dishes. Overall, if you are craving for some Thai/Laos food, then Green Papaya is a hit. If you can wait to go to a restaurant, you will most likely find a better deal from Siam Restaurant for Thai food or Laos Kitchen for Laos food.
